Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Digital Headquarters, LLC ("Digital Headquarters," "we," "us" or "our"), the U.S. promoter of Michael Lives Forever Texas, collects, uses, discloses and protects personal information through michaellivesforevertx.com, Private Partner Access, partner portals and related event communications.
1. Information we collect
Contact, inquiry and registration information. We may collect your name, email address, mobile number, communication preferences, company, title, budget range, interests and information included in a message or form.
Partner transaction information. When a company uses Private Partner Access, we collect company and authorized-signer details, industry or category, phone number, ticket or guest notes, order selections and allocations, Sponsor Credits, electronic-acceptance records, timestamp, IP address and browser user-agent information. We also retain transaction identifiers, status, amounts, invoice and receipt links and other payment metadata received from Stripe. Stripe processes card and bank details under its own privacy notice; we do not receive or store the full payment-card number.
Partner portal materials. We collect logos, artwork, brand guidelines, URLs, approval instructions and other files or information submitted to fulfill a partnership order. Do not upload confidential, regulated or unnecessary personal information.
Information collected automatically. Subject to your privacy choices, we may collect IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device information, referring page, UTM campaign data, pages viewed, clicks, scroll depth, video engagement, session identifiers and performance data. We do not intentionally send the contents of lead, checkout or partner-upload forms to analytics or session-replay tools.
2. How we use information
- to provide event information, priority-list communications and requested updates;
- to review, create, process and administer sponsorship, hospitality and ticket orders;
- to generate transaction records, confirm payment, deliver invoices, receipts and W-9 access, and maintain evidence of electronic acceptance;
- to coordinate brand files, approvals, seating, exposure assets and post-event delivery records with authorized event providers;
- to operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website and partner portal;
- to measure campaigns and, where you permit it, support analytics, advertising measurement and retargeting;
- to prevent fraud, abuse, malware and unauthorized access; and
- to comply with law, accounting obligations, enforce our agreements and protect rights and safety.
3. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Essential technologies support site operation, checkout, security and your privacy selection. Optional analytics and advertising measurement are disabled unless you select "Allow analytics." If permitted, we may use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity and advertising-platform technologies configured for a campaign. These providers may receive online identifiers and activity data and process them under their own terms. You can change your selection at any time using Privacy Choices in the site footer. Browser controls, global privacy signals and provider opt-outs may offer additional choices.
4. When we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that help us host the site and private files, process payments, deliver email or SMS, measure performance, prevent abuse, operate advertising, manage ticketing or provide accounting, legal and professional services. This includes providers such as Stripe for payment processing and Resend for transactional email.
We may also disclose the minimum information reasonably necessary to College Park Center, ticketing providers, artist production, creative vendors, fulfillment providers and other event partners to review or deliver seating, brand approvals and confirmed benefits. We may disclose information to authorities or others when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety and security, and in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization or sale of assets.
We do not sell your name, email address or mobile number for money. We do not share or provide mobile information, SMS opt-in data or SMS consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Some state laws may define certain analytics or targeted-advertising disclosures as a "sale" or "sharing" even when no money is exchanged. You may opt out through Privacy Choices or by contacting us.
5. Email and text-message choices
You may unsubscribe from promotional email using the unsubscribe method in the message or by emailing us. For text messages, reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE. Reply HELP for help. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed and does not prevent non-marketing communications needed to service a transaction, administer an accepted agreement or comply with law.
6. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here. Partner orders, electronic-acceptance records, invoices, payment records, approvals and delivery evidence may be kept for applicable accounting, tax, limitation, contract and dispute periods. Unaccepted submissions and uploaded files may be deleted earlier when no longer operationally necessary. Retention depends on the type of record, transaction status, legal requirements and security needs.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including access controls and restricted partner-portal links. No internet transmission, payment system or storage platform is completely secure. Keep private portal links confidential and contact us promptly if you believe a link, account or file has been accessed without authorization.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to confirm whether we process your information; access, correct, delete or obtain a portable copy of it; and opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data or certain profiling. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right. Send a request to help@digitalheadquarters.us with the subject "Privacy Request." We may verify your identity and authority before responding. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying with the subject "Privacy Appeal." We may retain records that law permits or requires us to keep, including accepted agreements, payment and fraud-prevention records.
9. Children
This website, company partnership builder and private portals are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it. A parent or legal guardian should handle registrations or ticket arrangements for minors.
10. External services and international processing
Links to Stripe, ticketing, venue, social-media or other external services are governed by those services' own privacy notices. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. If you access the site from outside the United States, you understand that applicable privacy protections may differ from those in your country.
11. Updates and contact
We may update this Policy to reflect operational or legal changes. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated as required by law.
