SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to the Michael Lives Forever Texas event-alert program operated by Digital Headquarters, LLC.

1. Program description

When you separately check the SMS consent box and submit your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from or on behalf of Digital Headquarters about Michael Lives Forever, including venue announcements, ticket-release information, reminders and closely related event updates. Message frequency varies.

2. Consent and eligibility

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods or services. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number provided, are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and are authorized to consent to messages at that number. You must notify us if the number changes or is reassigned.

3. Charges and delivery

Message and data rates may apply under your wireless plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier, device, network and other factors outside our control.

4. Opt out and help

Reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to revoke consent. We may send one non-promotional confirmation of your opt-out. For help, reply HELP or email help@digitalheadquarters.us. We will honor reasonable revocation requests as required by law.

5. Privacy and changes

We do not sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in data for money, and we do not share mobile information, SMS opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers to deliver and support the program. Our Privacy Policy explains our broader data practices. We may modify or end the program or these Terms, subject to applicable law.
